Deco Modiste at SIFF
Last May we had the opportunity to design costumes for the short film “Forced Entry”. It is written and directed by Joe Jacobs, an extremely talented writer, who won the 2011 IFP Spotlight Award Winner to take his short from script to screen. We were excited to be working with a lot of wonderful and talented people! This film was chosen this year to be included in one of the short programs for the Seattle International Film Festival. Later in the year we were asked to work on a feature film shooting in Washington State, as a costumer under the talented Rebecca Luke. The film, titled “EDEN”, is also showing at the Seattle International Film Festival. The film had it’s world premiere at the SXSW film festival where it won awards for feature film audience award, Special jury recognition for performance, and SXSW Chicken & Egg Emergent Narrative Woman Director Award. The film stars Jamie Chung, Beau Bridges, And Matt O’Leary. Check out “Eden” at SIFF.net.
